Design Concept: Under the R&D concept of "scientific and technological innovation, and quality first", the company has set up a technology development system that combines self-development and production, learning, and research, and established cooperation with many universities and research institutes in China. It has taken practicality, progressiveness and profession as its starting point and the needs of customers as its guidance to create innovative and quality products integrated with the mainstream design elements of the industry.

 

Production concept: the company has regarded product quality as the life of the enterprise, therefore, from the initial monitoring of raw materials to the final product testing, acceptance, packaging and storage, the company has been adhering to the spirit that each batch of incoming materials must be detected and each outgoing product must be tested. In the selection of raw material suppliers, the company has  established a long-term and stable cooperative relationship with major professional enterprises at home and abroad under the principle that“it is better to leave a deficiency uncovered than to have it covered without discretion.”Based on the sound product quality assurance system the concept of professionalism, quality and environmental protection, the company has set up a test center for soft products, introduced computer simulation technology, and rationally improved the scientific and technological content and quality coefficient of the products, ensuring the service life and quality of each product.

 

Service concept: to optimize the full chain services and to establish and improve the Service Center, the company has organized a training class for the customers that explains the product operating procedures and troubleshooting methods, as well as provides field exercise guidance before the product is delivered under the principle of being responsible for every customer; after the product is delivered, the Department of Quality will establish a customer profile and the Service Center will dispatch personnel to carry out installation and provide on-site operation guidance; during the use of the product, the Service Center will communicate with the customers on a regular basis and will keep track of the product quality. With humanity and high efficiency as the service tenet, after the service personnel receive the fault information from the users, they will respond immediately and arrive in the surrounding area within 24 hours and the remote area in 48 hours. After the personnel arrive at the scene, they will exclude the minor faults in 4 hours and general faults in 10 hours, and propose a solution for major faults within 24 hours, winning customer satisfaction and trust with actual results and service quality.
